This morning Jeremy came into the bathroom while I was getting ready to tell me the neighbors had called to tell us a pair of ducks were sitting on the roof outside Claire's window. By the time I got there with my camera the male had flown off, but mama duck sat quite contentedly for me for quite a while despite the rain.
